Roland Mouret has come back with his marvellous cruise collection for spring 2008 under the new label RM. The 21 pieces that were exhibited are in my opinion, all designed for commercial purposes only. I liked all of them, but i didnot adore them. I feel that the new and the unique look that we find in his other collections is somewhat missing here. And it appears as if each piece has been carefully created for the sole purpose of falling into predicted trend brackets thereby ensuring swift sales. The lower-halves of the silhouettes are attractive and appealing to me… and that is what I liked about the collection. How about you?
