The resort collections are gaining popularity these days with increasing number of designers who are keenly showing their interest in this field of style and fashion. It is an amazing thing as the resort collections earlier were dull, mundane and did not come up to the expectations of the style-lovers. It has now become innovative and fashionable. The resort collection is a way for the new designers to collect revenue.

Richard nicoll who is a newcomer to the resort game has incorporated a waist feature-peplum to his pre-collection for 2008. This is something interesting and exciting. The peplum shirts and dresses look peppy and donor have a mundane look. It looks pleasing to the eyes and gives you a new and changed look. It’s a bit of a body illusion trick giving subtle waistage and hippage.

You might call it an adornment without too much fuss. I liked the idea of detachable peplum. It is like a waist-equivalent of a neck-ruffle. I liked the idea and thought of sharing it with you…what do you think about it?
